	Welcome Voxtreme! We are pleased to welcome the formerly Voxtreme.com Inc. clients as customer of IDAGroup! Since our acquisition of Voxtreme, we have been working hard to ensure a smooth transition to IDAGroup's business processes. We plan on invoicing monthly customers effective with our February billing. The migration of all servers and services should be completed within the first March week.
	Fiber optic connection for our US and Europe location IDAGroup's facility in Tampa FL uses now the Level(3) global network for it's primary IP backbone. Level(3) has built a global network unlike any other. It is the most advanced communications platform in the world and maintains approximately 50,000 intercity route mile in North America and Europe. Additionally, the company constructed a transatlantic cable system connecting North America and Europe. This allows us to have a direct connection between our Tampa, FL and Zurich, Switzerland location. Our facility also has Gbit uplinks to Global Crossing/Tiscali, FPL and Brighthouse.
